Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has credited his Paris Saint-Germain teammates for his impressive form in the UEFA Champions League this season.
The Georgian superstar has scored 10 goals and provided six assists in 15 appearances in Europe’s premier competition, which is the join third highest tally behind Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappe (15 goals) and Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane (14 goals).

“It’s not as easy as it might seem because in the Champions League, all of the teams are big teams and are very hard to score against, but I have incredible teammates who provide me with chances where I just need to shoot and score,” he stated.
“I’m proud to be able to score goals right now. I’m in good form, and I just try to do my job as well as possible, but I want to score even more.”
Unity at PSG
Kvaratskhelia also pointed out to the harmony within the PSG squad as a reason for their consistent displays in Europe.
“Yes, I think that it’s one of the team’s biggest strengths,” he added.
“We’re happy to play together and are very close-knit, and we know that if we fight for each other and play our own brand of football, we can beat anyone.”
PSG will be aiming to become the first French team to win back-to-back Champions League titles and only the second team after Real Madrid under the current competition name.
